Sales Director - BPO / ITO - Vertex Solutions - Helsinki

Job Description
We're currently investing in a number of Sales Directors / Country Managers to develop new areas through EMEA across the Manufacturing and High Technology virticals.
We have a need for individuals in Finland to focus on accounts with project values of €50million+ within the BPO / ITO space.
Ideally searching for a "Hunter" or Business Developer to champion our manufacturing Enterprise solutions, which currently span the entire manufacturing spectrum including, Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

We are currently seeking Senior Business Development specialists with the aptitude to deliver against a year one revenue target of c.€4.5million.
This role has the potential to progress into a Country Management position upon successful delivery of results into the territory.
Key Acountabilities;
Ability to develop and implement plans to grow companies’ presence, revenue and profits within UK/ European Market place within the Manufacturing and High Technology sector to provide Consulting, IT and Engineering Solutions using defined portfolio
Research and develop the proposition for the territory and targeted vertical markets
Create entry level value propositions at Senior Board and CxO level to demonstrate key areas of business value to generate outsourcing / BPO opportunities
To follow through sale to completion using End to End pursuit management
Meet and exceed revenue targets as defined.
Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms and create a business plan applicable for the geography, demonstrating your knowledge of the industry, partners and forums that will create the required visibility
Demonstrate sales acumen through rigour of sales strategy definition and creation, ability to quantify and qualify accordingly
Build credibility, gain market share in the territory and in turn increasing offshore Business.
An Appreciation of Offshore Model would be an advantage.
Experience required to manage complex and multi-threaded pursuits.
Work with pursuit teams to generate Proposals and Bid Responses and nurture the relationship.Strong customer focus in order to ensure that client is viewedas a strategic business partner



Desired Skills & Experience

Background of Sales Delivery within the Manufacturing and High technology markets in Finland and Nordics
Solid Business Developer / Hunter with demonstrable record of achievement within top level accounts with project values over €50milllion+
Consultative approach at selling the Senior Board / CxO level clients within Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial,Semi-conductors and High Technology amongst others
Background of selling across multiple services in line with major Consultancies and BPO offerings
Proven background in selling consulting solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, Business Application Services, Analytics, Information Management,Technology Infrastructure and Product Engineering Services
Track record in delivering and building new revenue streams in a newcompany territory against revenue targets of c.$4.5million
Proven track record in selling product deals between €50-100million+
