We are looking for an experienced Quality Director to develop Peikko Group’s quality issues together with the Group’s existing quality organization as well as with our production units’ quality teams. You are responsible for strategic quality planning, development and implementation of corrective and preventive action programs, and standardization initiatives. You review, assess and monitor our quality activities regarding processes and systems. We expect you to continue your predecessors work in creating a common understanding of “quality” within Peikko Group’s production units as well as the entire Group.
Desired Skills & Experience
To be considered in this position, you should have applicable engineering educational background and relevant work experience from mass/serial production environment. Through your working experience you have gained good knowledge of developing and implementing quality assurance processes as well as developing and implementing quality related KPI’s into our type of production environment.
We are looking for a person with hands on approach. You are a good team leader and have earned your credibility through extensive experience. You are able to work in an international, multicultural setting and you have strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Finnish.
